Payment Terms:
To pay via Bank Transfer or American Express please email events@centreforaviation.com.
Payment via American Express will be processed in AUD at the current exchange rate.

Kindly note: invoices will not be issued for bank transfers within 10 days prior to event commencement.

*Corporate Travel Manager delegate passes
Corporate Travel Manager passes are strictly made available to full time travel managers/procurement/category leads at corporations. They may not be used by suppliers, consultants, advisors, TMCs or any other non buy-side professionals. Corporate Travel Buyer delegate passes are strictly limited. CAPA has the right to refuse and/or reject applications.

Complimentary Airline Delegate Passes* 
CAPA is pleased to offer a limited number of complimentary passes for senior airline delegates. To see if you are entitled to a pass, email your full name/company/job title to CAPA Events at events@centreforaviation.com 

CAPA has the right to refuse and/or reject applications for the complimentary airline delegate passes. Strictly one (1) complimentary pass per airline will be accepted. If your airline requires more than 1 pass, payment will be required. 

Complimentary airline guest passes are for full time direct employees of scheduled airlines only. Any affiliates, ACMI providers/charter airlines or subsidiary businesses e.g consultants to airlines, secondees, or any commercial businesses related/linked to airlines such as handlers, aircraft leasing businesses, catering and airport ground services, are not deemed as direct full time airline employees and regular delegate fees are applicable.

Media delegate passes:

Media delegate passes include access to the summit day sessions only. Registrations may incur a cost. Media delegate passes are strictly limited. CAPA has the right to refuse and/or reject applications for the media delegate passes. All registered Media Delegates must reference "CAPA - Centre for Aviation" and/or "CAPA Asia Aviation Summit" in any articles generated from the event and/or event sidelines.

Delegates are entitled to the welcome reception, conference refreshments and lunch and full conference sessions.
Your conference ticket does not cover costs associated with travel to/in Kuala Lumpar. Factors such as travel and insurance must be organised by the attendee.

Visas:
Visas may be required for some nationalities. CAPA is able to provide a letter confirming attendance at the conference. If this is required, please contact CAPA events immediately.
